House rules
- No pets.
- No smoking inside the condo.
- Quiet hours after 10pm; the community is home to families and working neighbors.
- Maximum 4 overnight guests.
- Keep doors and windows closed while the A/C runs.
- The pool is shared with the community; children swim with an adult present.
- Rinse off sand at the outdoor shower before the pool or the condo.
- Beach towels are in the bin by the front door. Please use those outside and leave the white bathroom towels indoors. Beach towels do not go in the washer. Shake the sand out, rinse them, and hang them on the rail.
- Treat the place like a friend lent it to you, because one did.
Questions guests actually ask
Car
Do I need a car?No. The beach, restaurants, and groceries are all walkable, and golf carts or taxis cover the rest. Airport transfers from Liberia take about 30 minutes and are easy to arrange.
Arrival
When do I get the door codes and WiFi?Right after your booking is confirmed and before you arrive, along with the full welcome guide.
Internet
How is the WiFi?High speed service from Telecable, throughout the condo. The network name and password arrive with your booking confirmation.
Cooling
Is there really A/C everywhere?Every room has its own mini split with a wall remote, plus ceiling fans. Keep doors and windows closed while it runs and the condo stays cold.
Pool
Is the pool private?It is shared with the small gated community and sits right in front of the terrace. Children swim with an adult present.
Towels
Are beach towels provided?Yes. The striped towels in the bin by the front door are yours for the week: beach, pool, boat, wherever you end up. The white ones in the bathrooms are for showers only. One ask: beach towels never go in the washer, because sand is what breaks it. Shake them out, rinse, and hang them on the rail.
Laundry
Can we do laundry?Yes, a private washer and dryer are inside the unit, which is rare here. Keep beach towels out of it; sand is the machine's enemy.
Valuables
Is there a safe in the unit?No. The community is gated with dedicated parking, but there is no in-unit safe, so plan accordingly for passports and valuables.
Checkout
Can we check out late?By arrangement, at $100 per hour after 11am. Ask ahead and we will tell you honestly whether the calendar allows it.
How request to book works
Booking direct means you deal with the owners, not a platform. Send your dates from the booking form. We confirm availability and the total within a day, usually sooner. Nothing is charged until both sides say yes, and then the condo is yours: codes, the welcome guide, and a WhatsApp line that a real person answers.
